• $250 off auto deductible credit for completing 1 appointment with our providers for medical evaluations if recommended by personal injury attorney to assess any injuries/pain you have from your auto accident, and provide you relief if needed.

• There are no obligations to continue to work with our attorneys/medical providers after completing your appointments.


Step 2 – If interested:

• We will connect you with a personal injury attorney to complete your free consultation to receive your $250 off auto deductible credit.


Step 3 – If medical evaluation is recommended by personal injury attorney:

• We will schedule your medical evaluations in order to receive your additional $250 off auto deductible credit.

• Your insurance company will pay for these evaluations, there is no cost to you for anything, only your time.

• Medical evaluations take approx. 45 minutes each with a Doctor / Physical Therapist.

• You will receive an automated message when payment to your body shop is made.
